Radiation Therapist $10K sign on bonus, $5K relo

Our client, a large hospital located about 30 mins from Fayetteville, NC, has a need for a Radiation Therapist to join their team. Must have Elekta experience!

$10,000 sign on with up to $5,000 in relocation with receipts

Shift: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm (Potential 4-Day Work Week)

POSITION SUMMARY

• Major responsibility includes accurate administration of ionizing radiation to a prescribed area according to the prescribed dose. Educates and informs patients and their families in aspects of their radiation therapy treatments and refers them to Oncology nurse or Radiation Oncologist when necessary. Schedules and maintains daily therapy treatment appointments. Documents daily dose delivered and accurately calculates accumulated dose and elapsed treatment days.

EDUCATION, CREDENTIALS, TRAINING and EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum Required:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Radiation Therapy

• Board Certified or Registry eligible by the ARRT in Radiation Therapy
• Must have Elekta experience.

• Preferred:

• ARRT registered

• 1 years experience
