Chief Executive Officer / CEO (Rehab Hospital)

Our client, a Rehab hospital located near Las Vegas, NV, has a need for a CEO to join their team. Candidates MUST HAVE at least 5 years of management experience at the Director level or C-suite level in healthcare and they MUST HAVE at least 2-3 years of experience in a Senior management role (VP Ops, CEO, COO) from an ACUTE CARE HOSPITAL to be considered.

Responsibilities include such as overseeing operations, budget development, analysis and oversight, marketing for volume growth and program development, FTE management, expense control, policy and procedure development and implementation, and process development to ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or Healthcare field.
• 5+ years of management/leadership experience at the Director/C-Level in the healthcare industry.
• 2-3 years in a Senior Management role from an acute care setting, VP Ops, CEO, COO
