Our client, a midsized hospital in the Raleigh, NC area, has a need for a Team Lead in Radiology to join their team. The shift is Monday through Friday 1:30pm-10:00pm.




Our Radiology Team Lead plays a key role in supporting the daily workflow of the diagnostic imaging section, ensuring safe, high-quality, and compassionate services across the shift. In this role, you’ll act as both a hands-on technologist and a go-to resource for your teammates—helping guide workflow, support training, and elevate the overall patient and team experience.

**What You’ll Do**





- Oversee and coordinate the daily workflow of diagnostic imaging services on your assigned shift.

- Serve as the point person for staff when supervisors or managers are not present, ensuring consistent operations and timely patient care.

- Support the orientation, education, and ongoing training of Radiology employees, partnering closely with management.

- Function as a liaison between team members and leadership, helping communicate priorities, updates, and process improvements.

- Identify opportunities to improve patient safety, service quality, and operational efficiency.

- Participate in safety and quality initiatives, including programs designed to reduce error and improve patient outcomes.

- Maintain your role as a practicing technologist, demonstrating high standards of clinical quality and patient-centered care.

**Experience**





- 6 months of clinical radiology experience — **Required**

- 3 years of clinical radiology experience — **Required**

- Leadership experience — **Preferred**

- Registered Technologist – Radiography (ARRT) — **Required**
