Family Practice Physician / Primary Care

Our client, located about 30 mins from Dayton, OH, is looking for a Family Practice Physician for collaborative assistance with our Primary Care Program for our NP’s. This position will be a full time position, Mon-Fri, based in the Dayton, OH area. Physicians should be available for consult, provide telehealth support if needed, review charts and sign documentation and other duties as required by the collaboration agreement. You will be working in Primary Care and completing rounds and H&P’s on our inpatient unit daily. You will also work as the collaborative physician for our Primary Care Nurse Practitioners.
