Job Description

Our client, a 75+ bed hospital located just over an hour from Tucson in SE AZ, has a need for a Physical Therapist to join their team.

*They are offering a $20,000 sign on bonus!*

The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients with physical injuries or disabilities to improve movement, reduce pain, and restore functional independence.

Essential Functions

  • Conduct physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Provide direct patient care to restore strength, mobility, and function.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
  • Document treatment sessions and patient outcomes accurately.
  • Collaborate with rehab teams and participate in discharge planning.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
  • Experience: Previous experience in rehab or acute care setting preferred.
  • License: Current PT license.
  • Certifications: CPR certification required.

Must-Have Requirements

  1. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  2. Current Physical Therapy (PT) license in state of practice
  3. Basic Life Support certification is required
