Registered Nurse First Assist / RNFA

Our client, a midsized hospital located in the Raleigh, NC area, has a need for a Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) to join their team. Must be registered as a First Assist!

Sign on incentives for full time–

$5,000 – 12 month commitment agreement

$10,000 – 24 month commitment agreement

$15,000 – 36 month commitment agreement

*payouts are split into 2 payments – taxable at IRS bonus rate

Shift: 6:45am-7:15pm Varying days off

The Clinical Nurse, First Assist is responsible for perioperative nursing duties and functions as a scrub, circulator or RN First Assist. Assists the operating surgeon during the operative procedure and provides comprehensive nursing management of care to the patient during the perioperative phase.

Experience Requirements:
3 Years Clinical – Surgical Services Required

Education Required:
Graduate Nursing Required – Or College Courses Nursing Required – With Required Licensure/Certification – And Bachelor’s Degree Nursing Preferred

Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Registered Nurse And Certified Operating Room Registered Nurse Required

Hours of Work:
4- 10 hr shifts – variable with flexibility as needed by dept. staffing needs

Weekend Requirements: As Needed

Call Requirements: As needed
